Dr. Xu is a specialist in general medicine (allmennmedisin) and the owner and daily manager of Sagene Allmennklinikk. With extensive clinical experience and a genuine interest in patient-centred care, he offers consultations in a warm, respectful environment.

Your GP (Fastlege)
Every resident in Norway is entitled to a named GP — called a fastlege. This is your primary doctor for all non-emergency health needs.
挪威每位居民都有权拥有一位指定的家庭医生（fastlege）。这是您处理所有非紧急健康需求的主治医生。
How to register
You can register at Sagene Allmennklinikk as your fastlege through helsenorge.no or by contacting us directly. New patients are welcome.
您可以通过helsenorge.no或直接联系我们，将Sagene全科诊所注册为您的家庭医生诊所。我们欢迎新患者。
Costs & co-payment
GP visits require a small co-payment (egenandel) — currently around NOK 175–185 per consultation. Once you reach an annual ceiling, the rest is free.
看全科医生需支付少量自付额（约175–185挪威克朗/次）。达到年度上限后，其余费用全免。
